Park Rules

By making a booking at Beaufort Lake Caravan Park, you agree to abide by these rules to ensure all visitors at our park have an enjoyable stay.

Bookings are not confirmed until the required security deposit of one night’s accommodation has been paid.  (Please note that if the booking is for one night only – full payment is required). Full Payment of the booking is required at least 7 days prior to check in.

Maximum of two dogs allowed on sites only. Dogs are NOT permitted in cabins.

You must:

  • Clean up after your dog
  • Not allow it to bark
  • Keep it on lead
  • Not allow your dog to enter any park building.

Please ensure all fees are paid in advance

LATE CHECK IN
Please notify reception if you are arriving after 5:00pm on a weekday and 4:00pm on a weekend.  Reception will then inform you of the late check in procedures.

Strictly “walking pace” 8km this a shared zone for pedestrians/bikes/vehicles.

One vehicle per site, unless otherwise arranged with management prior.

The park and its facilities are provided for the enjoyment of you and your children. The supervision of your children is important for both their safety and to ensure they do not disturb other patrons in the park.

To be kept neat and tidy at all times. Washing lines are provided for drying clothes. Do not hang lines from your tent/van to trees, etc.

To face the road

To be kept in a neat and tidy manner. Please remove muddy boots/shoes etc before entering. Cabins are not to be overcrowded

The number of people accommodated in each cabin must not exceed the number of beds available.

Children under the age of 9 years are not permitted on top bunk beds.

Cabins To be kept in a neat and tidy manner. Please remove muddy boots/shoes etc. before entering. Cabins to be left clean and tidy with dishes and cookware washed and put away. All rubbish must be removed and placed in park bins provided. We reserve the right to charge a cleaning fee of up to $50 an hour for cabins left in an unacceptable manner.

The peaceful enjoyment of the park and its patrons is a must. There is to be NO noise after 10pm. It’s simple – if the people next to you can hear you, YOU ARE TOO LOUD. This applies even more so in the Camp BBQ. If the manager is called, you could be asked to vacate the park.

No excessive noise at all times. Zero noise after 10pm. Clean up your own mess and use rubbish bins provided. If the area (including the free gas BBQ/wood heater etc) is abused, the privilege will be removed. Think of others.

 

No vehicles or tens are allowed on the grass area around the BBQ.

Only in approved drums off the ground. Not to be left unattended, and must be extinguished prior to going to bed. No fires during TOTAL FIRE BAN periods or extreme weather conditions.

Patrons are asked to use water wisely and limit showers to three minutes.

Strictly prohibited in any park building. All cabins are strictly non-smoking. A cleaning fee of $200.00 will be charged for any person that does not comply.

Facial/Baby type wipes are strictly prohibited from flushing down the toilets.  They block the septic system.  Please use the bins provided.
