Cancellation & Payment Policy

DEPOSIT / PAYMENT:

Bookings are not confirmed until the required security deposit of one night’s accommodation has been paid.  (Please note that if the booking is for one night only – full payment is required). Full Payment required at least 7 days prior to check in.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Bookings cancelled with at least 7 days’ notice or more prior to check in will receive a full refund of any fees paid, less a $25 administration fee.

Bookings cancelled with less than 7 days’ notice to 48 hours prior to check in will incur a cancellation fee of one night’s accommodation plus a $25 administration fee.

Bookings cancelled 48 hours prior or No show no refund, full payment required for the booking.

We do not refund for early departure or change of mind once you have checked in.

For all group bookings, administration fees apply for each site booking.
